Do recipients need an app?
Recipients open the scanner link in a supported phone browser and allow camera access. They do not need an app or Photo96 account.
How long does my link stay available?
Paid experiences stay available while Photo96 operates, unless you delete the experience or it must be removed for an acceptable-use violation. This is a lasting hosting promise, not a legal lifetime guarantee.
How long does setup take?
You can move through checkout in about a minute. Upload time depends on your video and connection; preparation then continues in the background after both files are safely received.
Which phones and videos work?
Photo96 uses capability-based mobile browser support. MP4 with H.264 gives recipients the widest playback compatibility; some MOV, HEVC, and WebM files do not play in every browser.
What if preparation or delivery fails?
Resume the same paid order without paying again. If an experience is not delivered or does not work as described, contact support so we can fix delivery or arrange the remedy required by the refund policy and applicable law.
